Volunteer Opportunities

Paws & People Outreach is looking for compassionate volunteers to make wellness check in phone calls to elderly members of our community. Many of these individuals are isolated, homebound, or simply in need of a friendly voice to remind them they are not forgotten.

Volunteers will be provided with a short script, a list of elders to call, and a log sheet for any follow-up needs. Calls can be made from home, on your own schedule, and typically are short. A little time can make a huge difference in someone’s day.

Whether you’re a natural listener, enjoy chatting, or just want to give back, this role is a powerful way to bring comfort, connection, and joy to someone who needs it.
